I want to get my Texas Real Estate License?

texas real estate
Pinky asked:

I already took care of all of the education requirements. I am moving towards the second step and I am required to submit a form called Evaluation of Education. On the Texas Real Estate Commission’s official website, the request for this document takes me to a PDF format of the document. Am I required to print this form out from my computer and then send that one in?

Yes, you are required to send in the form as proof that you meet TREC’s minimum requirements for education. I believe you send the form with all the other paperwork and licensing fees that you will have to submit. You should call TREC (512) 459-6544. They are good about answering questions.

You picked a good time to get into real estate because of all the foreclosures flooding the market. You need to learn very quickly the process of dealing with banks and foreclosed properties and you will have your hands full.
